When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. During holidays or high-volume launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
What about pre-orders?
Pre-order items ship according to the estimated timeline listed in the product description. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together once the pre-order item is ready unless stated otherwise. Pre-orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! HoshiPlush ships to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, El Salvador, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, United Kingdom, and Venezuela. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Will my order include tracking?
Yes, all orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order ships.
What materials are HoshiPlush cubes made of?
Each HoshiPlush cube is filled with premium PP cotton and made with a soft velvet exterior for a cozy, plush feel. Care instructions: Spot clean only. Do not machine wash.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I get a refund?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an item has shipped, refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case-by-case.
