Early Supporter Pricing
Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming HoshiPlush designs before they officially arrive. As a thank-you for supporting early production, pre-order pricing may be lower than the final retail price. Once inventory arrives and becomes fully in-stock, pricing may adjust to standard retail rates. Ordering early secures your plush from the first release batch.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Estimated ship dates for pre-order items are listed directly on each product page. These timelines reflect our expected production and delivery schedule, but slight delays can occur depending on manufacturing or shipping conditions.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
Cancellations
Pre-orders can only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be modified or canceled.
