By placing an order with HoshiPlush, you agree to the following policies:

 

Returns

 

At this time, HoshiPlush does not accept general returns.

Because our plush items are produced in limited batches, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with your order, please email us with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

 


Cancellations & Order Changes

 

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

Preorders may only be canceled prior to production or fulfillment starting.


 

Sale Items

 

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or limited-time discounts are final sale and cannot be refunded.


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the product and packaging
• Provide your order number

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for replacement.

Approved replacements may be requested within 14 days of delivery.


 

Refund Processing

 

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing times depend on your payment provider
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply. Refunds (if chosen instead of reshipment) will have shipping costs deducted.

 

HoshiPlush reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
