SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order ship?

 

All HoshiPlush orders are shipped from the United States.

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, restocks), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully prepared.

If your order includes a preorder item, please refer to the individual product description for estimated ship dates

 

Preorder Shipping

 

If your order contains a preorder item, your full order will ship once the preorder item becomes available.

If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing preorder items in a separate order.

Preorder shipping timelines are always listed in the product description and may vary depending on production schedules.

 

International Shipping

 

HoshiPlush ships to select international destinations.

International delivery times vary by country and may take several weeks depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees required by their country. HoshiPlush is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If a package cannot be delivered due to local import restrictions or unauthorized delivery zones, we are not responsible for the outcome.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. HoshiPlush is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. Refunds (if requested instead of reshipment) will have original shipping costs deducted.

 

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

 

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before final drop-off. If this happens:

• Wait 1 additional business day
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact your local post office with your tracking number

HoshiPlush is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
